Melon and Prawn Salad

Ingredients:

– ¾ cup of mayonnaise
– ¾ cup of sour cream
– ¼ cup of minced mango chutney
– ¼ cup of freshly squeezed lime juice
– 4 teaspoons of curry powder
– 2 medium cantaloupe melons
– 1 large honeydew melon
– 1 lb of cooked prawns, shelled

Directions:

– In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, mango chutney, lime juice and curry powder. Chill.
– Peel and seed the melons.
– Cut the melons into slices.
